Let’s pretend it’s only corollated with height. The average height for men in country A is 5’2". The average height for men in country B is 6’0". Again country does not equal race or ethnicity or anything but the two countries I picked are largely ethnically homogenous. Acting like such a large difference in height does not affect the size of individual parts of the body is silly.
