tillinstead of’tilto meanuntilandain “two times a year” instead ofper. I still say “two times a year” myself but when writing it looks so unprofessional and I always notice it in news publications.What bugs me most is whether ‘biannual’ means twice per year or every second year.
It means both which is setup to confuse everyone it seems.
