wouldn't it be great if every war annihilated both sides? There would be no wars, if everyone knew that winning is not an option
May I introduce you to the M.A.D. doctrine? It was what kept the USA and USSR from blowing themselves up
Sadly there would still be wars, as some see "the other side losing" as a win. Even if both sides are completely destroyed.
The schoolyard bullies are fighting each other again.
