They say they don’t want to support her, but honestly she has so much money already. If her money was doubled or halved, nothing would change for her.
Whatever your opinion of her is, you had to admit that she created a worldwide lasting phenomenon. EVERYONE knows something about Harry Potter and few people dislike it.
I’m not a fan of there being a show made, but at the same time, the books have so many plot holes that I wouldn’t mind a new edition that rewrites some things to fix them.
Tons of people dislike Harry Potter. I’m def one of them. Mentioning you’re a fan gets an instant eye roll from me.
Transphobia etc aside, it’s a shit series. Even for children, there are plenty of better fantasy books to read. I loved things like the Hobbit and Narnia as a small kid. I read things like Lord of the Rings and Dune when I was like 13-15.
