It blows my mind that if you’re found guilty of a crime, you go to prison and have to wait years for appeals. But for shit like this, the default is to assume the lower court got it wrong and to stay their decision.
Unless that crime is any of the 30 some felonies that the Mustard Mussolini was convicted of.
Then it’s shrug and walk away.
