So no peer review? Or did the peer just use a chat not too?

Some bars are private establishments. Those bars require memberships. The rest are public non-governmental establishments. These are open to the general public. Lewd behavior does not belong in any public establishment. If you want that type of environment, make it a membership only establishment.

The key word in my comment is "will." That's a prediction. You can ping me in 25 years to see if this works out. In the mean time, people are taking this prediction seriously (it isn't only my prediction) when discussing global politics.

Perhaps you are unfamiliar with JFK's movement for deinstutionalization? If there was a serious cut in federal funding, it happened then. Reagan didn't bring it back, but it was already mostly gone by his time. A good book to read is "American Psychosis: How the Federal Government Destroyed the Mental Illness Treatment System" by E. Fuller Torrey. Many historians who discuss the decline in public mental health in the US specifically site the book (and later the movie) One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest as a principle cause for the shift in dollars. And really, the institutions were bad. Very bad. The attempt to replace them with something else ended-up being replaced with ... nothing else except crime, homelessness, and police.

Almost all mental health institutions were either run by the state or country and relied on very little federal funding. Their popularity collapsed after the 1975 movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest that depicted such institutions in negative light. Reagan may be to blame for the other items but not this.

Used car prices went up, new car prices went up, collision repair prices went up, and repair time increased significantly. We also saw a huge increase in accident severity and a growing trend toward more aggressive driving.

Most companies selling on Amazon are contractually prohibited to sell for less elsewhere, even from their own website.

Many of them will lack the lasting power of North Korea.

Here you have to be 14 years old, pay $20, take an eye test, pass a written test, and take a brief driver test.

You realize Muammar Gaddafi only died 12 years ago and Russia only invaded Ukraine two years ago? Nuclear weapon programs take at least that long to develop. Ukraine and Libya had programs (Ukraine actually had weapons) and abandoned them, much to their demise. If they kept their programs, they wouldn't have had these problems.

Gaddafi would still be alive. Dictators now need nuclear weapons to assure survival. Look for the world to get real crazy real fast.
