I'm looking at the cover picture and I'm having so much trouble figuring out what's happening above the creature's shoulders. lol

E: Nvm, I figured it out. I did not expect the head to be where and how it is! Cool piece.

It’s a Tomb Kings army for sure, but I’m not super familiar with their roster. This store also has an active 3D printing scene so it very well may be custom.
