The police are an occupying force everywhere in the US, they make it painfully obvious in Seattle. For example in 2020 a police vehicle cruised slowly through my neighborhood blasting the COPS theme “Bad Boys”. Not as bad as murder or brutality obviously but I think it helps illustrate their average behavior.
