  Avg human weight: 62kg
  
  Poop to be pooped: 300g (based on avg bowl mvmnt of 128g)
  
  Velocity of poop: 11kmh (based on fart velocity)
  
  The answer is no, you would have to take a shit about 20 times the normal dump to move at about 5kmh.
  
  Sadly, this art is not based in phisical reality.
