      just do intense workouts, you burn so many fucking calories that you can just inhale food and actively feel good about it

      seriously, since going to the gym not only am i actually getting swole (which helps a lot with making daily life feel better), but i’m also way hungrier and i have more intense cravings for specific things. It’s amazing.
