Viruses, in general, can introduce a wide variety of autoimmune disorders. E.G., you had covid but the symptoms weren’t that bad? That’s great, but now you get type 1 diabetes.
Ever since 2020ish, I’ve had a newfound intolerance to muscle meat, especially red meat. I blame Covid. Thankfully I eat a fairly low amount of meat.
