What?? I didn’t mentioned vpn access.
Not wanting to talk about drugs seems reasonable to me. You don’t give context but one can imagine it wasn’t at home.
Haha, kind of you to be thoughtful like that! :)
It is always hurtful when one gets randomly downvoted or attacked
I remember your post. How is that not related? And also lemmy is so small where else should we post? I messaged them for my post and they never responded
It depends on the job. For research I prefer everyday but not too many hours.
VPS
Thanks for sharing! What’re you using for your websites?
OP is fighting for their lives in that video with people saying it isn’t open source.
VPS or personally setup?
looks very cool but wonder about build quality
I turned votes off on my instance because I find them toxic… case in point I guess.
The whole reason I’m here is because I thought Lemmy makes more sense than Reddit for someone who likes selfhosting :) isn’t that the whole point of the fediverse lol
I wonder what could be more random than it or more fun examples?
My post on using Tailscale on my servers gets removed but not this crap?
I love how the first admin that reminds immediately says talk not working 32 hours a week lol
As a researcher everyday is the same. So, either all of them or none of them I guess
No I wasn’t
Great point! I never find this line of questioning interesting for this reason. It doesn’t change anything
True, that is why I’m here. I don’t care about the Reddit api nonsense or hate Reddit just saw a comment asking why the Donald could selfhost but not selfhosting selfhost
So if you need to have access to files or containers but will be gone more than a weekend would you shut it down and take files with you, forget the container servers, or leave them going?
