In high school math class we got paired up for a worksheet and instead of doing any math we spent the hour listing the first 150 Pokemon in numerical order. Been chasing that high ever since

It’s an isekai
This is a joke, right?
Right?
Exactly. I started learning harmonica on those $20 pack of 8 and struggled for weeks to get anything to sound close to what I wanted. When I spent $60 on a decent instrument, I could suddenly do what I’d been practicing. There’s a sweet spot for getting good enough equipment to actually learn without blowing the budget on something you may not continue doing
That picture is a great example. Moynihan train hall is the absolute worst
Sorry, I’m not going to participate if you’re going to be abusive.
Then why are you trying so hard to explain yourself?
This is precisely the circlejerking mentioned in the meme. Whether true or not, the community presents itself as unwelcoming and self-aggrandizing. These are not traits that easily convince people to listen to the cause.
What is happening here
I just miss my corny dogs
Let’s tear them down anyway
I would trade every American gas station and convenience store for a single authentic Japanese 7-eleven corndog.
What a brilliant show
Agreed. But also, it’s a good way to communicate complex ideas quickly like Darmak and Jalaad. And many novel ideas come from “What if (blank) did (thing) but differently?” Like a huge portion of art history is just artists doing something another artist did in a different way.
Pretty sure Kars would only have sex with his own reflection, if he wasn’t a stone cold lady killer
Better than the “I’m Voting Felon” shirt I saw today
I am deep in a glorious fuck up phase at this moment, but the comeback will be mediocre at best
As Neil Gaiman once wrote in something entirely unrelated:
“‘Time is fluid here,’ said the demon.”
Okay?
