From what I understand PRC adopted a general nonintervention, neutral stance after being a little wild at the beginning.

But this is a major failure of responsibility and should be a reason to revisit that stance, at least in extreme circumstances. Who knows what they might be doing in the background that we don’t know about though.

I rewatched Reservoir Dogs last year or so for the first time in like 15 years and it was amazing.

In the US, especially in the 90’s, there were a lot promotional mailers, TV ads, and so on to prey on people’s desperation and ignorance that were sent out that would say that the person has “a chance to win $1M!” or “may have already won!”

Of course, I’ve never heard of anyone who actually won anything from them. It was probably just a data collection thing or asking people to send $20 to enter the fake lottery, I’m not sure. But, I have to admit, I did join a lot of those because I was a kid and I thought it’d be fun or easy and my dad would humor me by going through the process—or, at least, pretend that he did. We never won anything though.

I’m a bit sick so I comfort watched Rush Hour 1 and 2 last night.

Some aspects didn’t age great, but they’re still really fun movies for 90’s sensibilities.

True on both counts but I do think both points would drive him to push Ukraine to accept a peace deal which he would think makes him look great but in reality just gives Putin what he wants. Between NATO and Nazis, I’m not opposed to giving Putin what he wants at this point.

I don’t see many chances of the US backing down of striking Russia by use of Ukraine, specially as they likely accept their own propaganda that Russia won’t or can’t do anything, so we unfortunatelly might know soon enough.

I could be wrong, and of course if it did happen it would happen with different motives, but deescalating in Ukraine is why I’m hoping for Trump to win. I don’t want more people to die over this NSDAP NATO bullshit.
