If you are still rolling into him in phase 2, the lights will almost never hit you. Parrying will stop the lights as well.

There is https://github.com/Alovoa/alovoa I haven’t taken a dive yet. I’m curious how much activity there is on it.
I’ve been using ReportLabs to make pdfs in Python. It took some getting used to but I can put together just about anything I can imagine. I still get a little lost when I need to dig into the source code and how it generates pdfs from templates though.
I’m fairly new to gardening but I would look into propagating them; the rose I know can be grown from a cutting. If you move them into one or move pots you can replant them with the new fence.
With propagation preserving the root structure doesn’t matter since it’ll grow new roots. If it’s your first time I might try to make 2 or 3 cuttings of varying sizes in case some of them don’t make it. You already have to cut it back anyway.
Edit: Grandma approved. Spring/Fall has the best chances for the cuttings to take root.
Maybe that, but I was thinking that this was a purchase for Ukrainian AF who were already trained/familiar with Russian tech.
No shareholders if you aren’t publicly owned. Stakeholders, yeah probably, but no shareholders.
If the timer runs out, the pelican is called automatically. It doesn’t matter if you are out of range in this way.
People are thinking about eldritch stuff and archeology.
If it is archeology maybe we’ll get a z-axis.
I’m around level 35. My playgroup all run shotguns so I typically use the marksman rifle to provide covering fire ( the counter sniper is awful, don’t bother). Light armor every mission; armor rating is bugged but besides that you can out run anything except chargers; just remember to kill hunters and stalkers.
Expendable Anti Tank every mission. Every minute you can kill a charger or another elite. They can also take out bug nests and bot factories. Just throw them out and let your team use them if they want to. Every minute you have a strategem to drop on someone’s head or into a big hole. I can’t stress enough how great it is to have these.
Autocannon/Railgun. Auto Cannon can take out nests, factories and eggs. If anyone else decides to help reload you can go full automatic and kill everything. Remember to reload yourself between 1 and 5 shots to get the quick reload. Railgun is mostly to 1-2 shot hulks in the eye. Otherwise it can kill anything if you are alone.
Then free slots for experimentation. I like the gas for softening groups, all eagle gems are good, and the 380mm barrage for killing my friends. The personal shield is great but I am not a coward.
The mortors make exterminations a cake walk. I otherwise avoid the turrets since they aggro everything around you and I usually walk around every pack. I may start using them as a distraction though.
I play scout in my group so I constantly look at the map to check for patrols. There are times I’ll check a spot for automatons, turn around and back again to see a new pack spawn there behind my back, just standing there menacingly. When you’re in a fight and moving around it very easy to walk into a freshly spawned pack.
Clearing outposts reduces the pack spawn rates. There are patrols that spawn from there before patrolling around the map, but I think the game spawns them around the players to reduce tracking random mobs on the map.
We have one or two guys hunting outposts with grenade launchers, so about halfway through a mission we have free reign on the map with little to no patrols and other pack drops.
They did have something similar to a draft mode. It’s been a while since I played but you would build a deck from a series of options, usually 3 cards or 3 synergized subsets of cards, and this would repeat 15(?) times. Then when the deck is built you queue against other constructed decks.
People would just reset a run if their drafted deck didn’t come together.
I’ve played hundreds of hours in RimWorld but was late on Dwarf Fortress. I dabbled before it came to steam and bought it as soon as it did. I’m waiting for adventure mode to really dip my toes into it to really see the world at large, an experience you couldn’t get in RimWorld and the others.
Don’t take it personally. Whenever I share pictures the first thing my friends and family comment on is how dirty my floor is or what I have on the counter. I have had to make a sterile area just to take pictures to share. I am sure it’s the same for most other people. Ah sweet modernity!
The annual gift tax exclusion of $18,000 for 2024 is the amount of money that you can give as a gift to one person, in any given year, without having to pay any gift tax
If anyone is looking for the gift tax limit I got the above quote from https://smartasset.com/retirement/gift-tax-limits
This is more than I remember, but I think I’m confusing it with the $6000 limit for contributions to an IRA account. I think it went up to $7000 this year, but I digress.
I am using logSec, which has a lot of the same features and is Foss. I am primarily using the mobile app; and my mine gripe is not being able to drag around the nodes in the graph. Think it works fine in the desktop version.
Yeah he’s been doing conflicts for a while. His stake in Nebula and his Modern Conflicts is probably why. He’s been doing to so long now that when he researches into any one topic he ends up with other historic conflicts he has to look into get the full context. So he ends up with a back log of notes to make videos from.
I have not found another person who can communicate Geopolitical situations like he does and I enjoy seeing all the layers he puts into a video.
Ignorance is often confused for malicious intent. This person knows the user wants privacy, but it never occurred to them to tell the user where their privacy ends.
He could write a EULA, but this is a private Plex server; why would he need one until privacy becomes a concern?
Conventional Linux use should be fine. It’s targeting SSH connections to other things over the net; connecting to a server, remote camera, etc. So it reverse engineers the connection by brute-forcing(?) Weak ssh passwords to install the malware.
I’m not an IT professional but this is my layman interpretation.
Depends on the project. If it’s for fun, sure make all the square wheels you want and learn how to make them round. But if you just want your project to work you’d find something to use. Really depends on the developers goals.
It reminds me of the eternal war in Civ 2 where whenever there is a build up of an army they just get targeted and nuked. Eternal War
