I don’t understand what you mean? I was around plenty of clover as a child and never got stung once, neither did my siblings. It’s not that hard to avoid bees/wasps/bumblebees. Besides, most times they are too busy buzzing around the clover flowers (when they are in bloom that is) to even be bothered that you’re there to begin with. The bloom doesn’t even last that long.

If you teach the kids to respect their environment and be cautious during blooming time, they are pretty good at avoiding getting stung/bit by the pollinators in general.

You don’t eat the leaf of it, you pick the petal and suckle the nectar out… it’s one of the rare flowers that you can eat the nectar of. Also if you ever ate broccoli and cauliflower, congratz, you ate a flower, like a cow would.

We planted clover; it blooms (great for pollinators), spreads fast, is very comfy to sit on, absorbs shock better when you fall on it, has a max length that’s much shorter than grass, so you don’t really need to mow the lawn unless you prefer it short and leaves less space for other undesireable plants to grow, while not needing much water to stay green (saving water). It’s pretty great honestly!

Little fact: clover is edible, so if you feel like eating clover nectar, you’ll be able to. I know some people might find that weird, but it tastes very good, which is why many farmers let their bees collect clover nectar to make their honey (it makes sweet/tangy delicious honey, due to how sweet clover nectar tastes to begin with).

That is not how it “basically works” where I live; doctors don’t care about what I do for a living or how much money I have, they just treat me like everyone else. The triage is by priority (as in emergency and compatibility of the organ). If they used AI, it wouldn’t be for the choice itself, but for keeping track of the waiting list. The AI itself choosing based on criteria like age, sex, race, work or culture would be unethical.

How it’s gonna go: instead of basing the transplant triage on morals, priority and the respect of human life as being priceless and equal, the AI will base it on your occupation within society, age, sex and how much money you make for the rich overlords if you recover. Learn the difference between xenophobia and racism, please. The difference matters for proper discussions of different topics that pertain to discrimination in general and you are clearly confusing both of them in your weak attempt at accusing someone of behaviour they never displayed while they explained a joke that is rooted in historical context.

More to the point, being against Russian dictatorship policies and historical atrocities is neither xenophobia nor is it racism.

Everyone with a functioning frontal lobe knowns the Russian people are mostly helpless under a dictatorship that practices putting opposition (civil or political) in gulags, but one cannot just “lay down and take it” if the Russians come for them, just because you pity their situation. Criticizing dictatorships is of utmost importance, feelings be damned.

You cannot make peace with someone that wants to annex you, control you or genocide you. Do you say the same to beaten wives so they don’t divorce their husband?

Come on now. Let’s not pretend there aren’t limits to negotiation with a violent person that refuses to stop being violent. No matter how many times you tell them, “No no, bad, baaaad! Killing baad! Genocide baaad!” To reform them, if they keep doing it: They have no respect for you and respect, last I checked, is a mutual two way street.

In such cases, the bully (murderer in this case) needs to be checked in the guts hard enough to submit, because that bully doesn’t want to change and since we can’t imprison the damn psychopath and he refuses to stop, teaching him a lesson will have to happen sooner or later.

It’s not racist. People forget “Russian” is a nationality, not a race. Russia isn’t just populated by Slavs (much to the chagrin of Putin, I assume).
