No they aren’t. They have similar wealth to other Caribbean nations, being richer than places like Jamaica and Haiti but poorer than Trinidad or the Dominican Republic. In global terms they rank 83rd, so above average, and they have a relatively high development index, I.e. pretty good health care and education. They might seem poor to you, but they’re actually richer than most of world.
If you go back far enough there were now extinct lions in northern Europe as well. But wild lions as we know them today existed in Greece, the Balkans, etc. Even as late as the 10th century CE.
Does it still requiring logging into EA to play?
A lot of leave voters were so sure that remain would win that they disregarded the negative consequences because they wouldn’t actually happen. They voted leave to show that they weren’t happy with the status quo.
This research was funded by an unknown right wing think-tank. Interpret that as you will
As someone with a 3+1 camera phone who likes taking photos, it’s a huge improvement over a single lens. I wouldn’t buy a single lens phone again.
I’m so glad I went back and finished it recently. The MQ story is really good. I put on a mod to make magicka regenerate like in later games and played a straight mage, eventually crafting rings to be able to jump around town super fast and another to cross the continent.
Goldeneye just isn’t a very good game. It was one of the best fps games on the N64 so if all you’ve got is an N64 you’re going to think it’s amazing. But other games have done much better what it tried to do so today it feels clunky and bad. Contrast to something like Doom which still holds up today because that style of gameplay hasn’t been massively improved on.
Plenty of countries have had multiple civil wars.
EVs are still much cheaper to run than ICEs though. Yes the battery is an expensive replacement but maintenance is still much cheaper because they don’t have gearboxes, clutches, turbo chargers, catalytic converters, particulate filters, spark plugs, engine oil, timing belts, head gaskets, cylinders, exhausts, etc. etc.
Huh, like in ancient Rome. Nothing wrong with banging boys, but utterly shameful to be on the receiving end.
Also on gog.
Problems like this are just handwaved away because nuclear waste could in theory be safely disposed of. In the cases where is hasn’t been the pro nuclear guys just say “well if they did it properly it wouldn’t be an issue”, which might be true but if countries like the UK, US and Germany have had issues, you have to ask if its really realistic to assume that the problem will always be dealt with properly.
The other answer is some future tech reactor that hasn’t been built on any real world scale that runs on nuclear waste and produces none. Great idea in theory but how does it compare with renewables in terms of cost?
Most of the farmers producing the cocoa in your chocolate have themselves never tasted chocolate before.
Just strap them to the body of the next person they shoot and pick them up from the morgue later.
If you think the Falklands should be part of Argentina, logically Hawaii should be part of Kiribati. Alaska should be Russian/Canadian, etc etc. If you think about it for more than a minute it becomes clear that geographical location is not the only factor or even the most important one.
I’m finding it a bit underwhelming to be honest. It was so hyped, but it just feels like Dark Souls 4. I don’t find the open world really adds a lot apart from a lot of empty space filled with crafting components. The worlds in souls and sekiro were so carefully crafted and put together and I feel like the open world ruins that a bit. I guess after Sekiro did something similar but significantly different, I was expecting Elden Ring to be a bit more innovative. If I hadn’t already played the hell out of the three Dark Souls games I might enjoy Elden more. I’ll probably still beat it though and might change my opinion by the end - I certainly hated Sekiro and Dark Souls at times before I came to love them.
FC2 was totally fine for me when I played it on PC, both close to release and later, I guess it just had issues on certain hardware…
