I’m lactose-intolerant, so this may sound weird, but I eat my pasta with water + a pinch of salt.
I put the pasta in the bowl first. Then I put the milk in a saucepan along with some butter and flour. I let that simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Then I add some garlic and parmesan. Once the cheese is fully melted, I pour it over the pasta.
You forgot cinnamon sugar.
Boil macaroni first in water, remove water, add milk and heat up, serve on a plate with sugar added on top. Some people boil the macaroni straight in the milk.
