    If I might suggest,

The Quarterly Calendar, 4 quarters of 13 seven day weeks, date expressed as Year . Quarter . Week . Day (Hour . Minute . Second . Etc in extended format)

The advantage? Hyper regularity, every date falls on the exact same day of the week every year. Makes it a lot easier to just intuit what day it is.

Note that day 365 is New Year’s day, which is outside the quarter, and Leap day is another intercalary set as the year end date. So this year NYD and NYE would both show up as non quarter days appended outside at the beginning and end of the year respectively.
