What if wishing on a shooting star actually grants wishes and the only reason it's commonly believed to be superstition is because nobody has actually seen a shooting star we've only seen crashing rocks? ๐Ÿค”

Have you considered the possibility that the wishes are always granted, but that it takes so long that people forget they even had that wish?
