I do love me some Wasabi (even when it’s mostly just horseradish).

That insane amount of wasabi. Why even put fish on there; all you’re gonna be able to taste us horseradish. And it’s gonna BURN
Wasabi is great. The “burn” is pleasant for me on the whole. The “bad” part only lasts like 5 seconds
Actual wasabi, or the “wasabi” we mostly get in the US that’s actually just horseradish and green food coloring? Because I agree w.r.t. actual wasabi
Yeah I am aware that most “wasabi” is fake in restaurants. However imo I don’t find it to be much different compared to the real thing.
Breath in through your nose and the burn instantly vanishes.
