    No no no. The correct way is to never check. Then when random boxes show up you have no idea what’s in them and you get a little bit of that christmas cheer.

      Or you wake up one morning and see that FedEx stopped by late the previous evening. Was it left out in the rain? In subzero temperatures? Is it even still there? It’s all part of the reason why I track everything fun!

        I saw that they have that now, how worth it is it? I’ve missed two packages recently so it’d be nice to know when they’re coming on the random days I’m not actually home.

          It’s pretty helpful. It’s notified me of several packages of arriving when the shippers never gave me tracking info. Usually packages will show in the emails as soon as they’re scanned into usps’ systems, so I always know when to expect them
