    We need to limit the total revenue a corporation can have.

    Even something crazy high like 100 billion. You hit that line, no more expansion.

    They’d have to decide if they want to concentrate in one area or spread nationwide. And places like Walmart and Amazon would never exist.

      Sounds good on paper but in the 80s/90s the US people were told 401ks are better than pensions. Now in order to retire we all have to cheer on non-stop expansion of corporations or we can never retire.

    This merger would eliminate all grocery competition in my area. It’s already bad enough that Kroger swallowed up all of the local chains.
