The hyperloop thing is so fucking dumb. It sounds like a great idea if you’re high and don’t understand all the technical challenges associated with it.
We have some great already proven technology, it’s called fucking trains.

Right now is not the time for that argument. I think I’d prefer the pod.
A small part of me wants the hyperloop grift to make it a little bit further, just far enough to be protested, just because the protest signs will be hilarious. But as much as I want to wave a sign around with Thomas the Tank engine reading Choo Choo Motherfucker, or perhaps just Build a Train, Dumbass this feels like an irresponsible use of my tax dollars.
