FWIW, I have both kinds of dreams. Some are Hollywood movie style plots and others are I’m doing mundane things in my house but things are weird and it takes me ages to realise something’s off. In between are the dreams where I’m lost or trying to get somewhere but buildings’ exteriors shift when I’m not looking and landmarks local to where I live end up showing up where they shouldn’t.

And then there are the dreams where I find myself asking “what if there was third direction other than left and right?”
