NXT Roasters out of edmonton alberta. The guy is a roasting genius and invented his own forced air roaster. We moved across the country and still order our coffee (caf and decaf) from them after trying dozens of local and semi-local alternatives. Nothing comes close.
I strongly recommend their decaf and the yellow cataui for full-caf.

This seems really good but it doesn’t seem like they sell their stuff online? That’s too bad.
