Chelsea Women have completed the signing of American forward Mia Fishel from Tigres. The 22-year-old has signed a two-year deal worth $250,000 (£196,000) over her contract period.     I got to see her play live a few times here in Mexico. She’s pretty good, I think she’ll do well at Chelsea
