I was told we can’t build transit because we’d have to take private property via eminent domain, what gives?
But I mean its a IHOP. The government is making the world a better place by taking it down
IHOP is better than a parking garage. At least there’s some miserable low paying jobs instead of almost zero that a garage provides.
