First loaf in a few weeks, looking pretty good. I left it in the oven a few extra minutes uncovered to get a darker crust.

Looks good! Is this the loaf you eat pretty much daily or do you mean you make a bread every day? I’ve been wanting to make bread weekly but I find that dishes are my bane.
I make this bread once or twice a week, and it usually lasts a couple days, three if you don’t mind the texture getting a little stiff.
