I added those because it sounded very odd to me without those. Not a native speaker though 🤷
It does sound odd, but it’s correct without them. A sentence must never end in a preposition, so “you have subscribed to” becomes “to which you have subscribed” in this case.
Ok, I removed those extra “to” again. I’ll just trust you on your grammatical insight 😆
