CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Virginia State Police (VSP) have arrested 19-year-old Jordan Kendrell Copeland in last week’s shooting that stemmed from a road rage incident.
According to VSP, the shooting was the result of a road rage incident involving two vehicles traveling northbound on I-664 at the Pughsville Road off-ramp, around 5:19 p.m on Oct. 12. The victim of the shooting was a woman, VSP said, and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
