Nepal politics is so chaotic. There are three more or less equally big parties - two communist (Marxist Leninists and Maoists) and one centrist (Nepali Congress). Any two of the three can form a majority in Parliament, so they keep making and breaking coalitions in all possible combinations and permutations.
