It’s just a running joke after someone made repeated claims that the r/PH mod team are foreigners (either Caucasians or pinoys no longer living in the country) and are thereby not deserving to watch over the sub.
ah haha onga pala nung panahon ng shutdown nabalitaan ko dito sa lemmy. grabe naman mga commenters, dapat di ko na lang binasa lol
