Telstra should be forced to offer customers three different options;
- Physical copies of content
- Full refund
- Voucher for content on customers choice of reputable Digital content store (iTunes, Google Play Amazon Prime)
There also needs to be a public legal case on this that goes all the way to the Supreme Court. This will set a precedent so that dodgy fly-by-night streaming services of the future can be held accountable. It will help keep the corporations honest.
