The German Ministry of the Interior has issued a ban against Yanis after the police shut down the Palestine Congress

I dont strictly agree with him, but free speech was never about what I agree with.

I do not see this as a free speech issue. He is not a German citizen. Just like we want to control our borders, Germany has the right to control theirs. I thought the EU though prohibited this type of behavior.
