Israeli government spokesman Eylon Levy says in a video on X that “the only positive role” the council can play would be to pass a resolution that condemns the October 7 attack and tells the Palestinian group to lay down its arms immediately.
Levy also said Israel wants Palestinians to “hand over war criminals for a tribunal” and release all the captives held in Gaza.
Yeah, that seems completely reasonable Levy. Sure they will get right on that bud. /s
