In past years, the city has made deep investments into social services but little into fire. The fire department has requested a new station in the Mullan area for the past four years – a request the city has failed to fund.

Missoula City Council Members, many up for re-election this year, finally start listening to voters, and quit trying to fund crisis levies to create “civil rights abuse teams” AKA crisis teams or as Mayoral Candidate Andrea Davis calls critical “Mobile Support Teams”. These dangerous teams have no civil rights training, illegally share mental health data with law enforcement, and will use it as gaslighting teams to attack the credibility of anyone opposed to the Engen (now Hess) regime.
