    If the studies say the response to covid didn’t work as well as the CA government would have liked, the response should be to work with those researchers further to improve the situation. Part of that is allowing researchers to testify in the court of law about the efficacy of the covid reforms that took place.

    If the ALCU is on your side, you’re almost certainly in the right. I wish them the best of luck. Research should be public domain, not locked behind contractual limits and licenses.
