This is extremely disappointing. Replacing existing purchased government vehicles early is neither fiscally sound nor environmental. The only group that benefits from this is petroleum companies that stand to gain back additional fuel consumption lost to EVs.

Reminds me of when Reagan removed the solar panels from the White House out of spite.
